Health is Wealth

Not for nothing someone once said -"He who has health has hope, and he who has hope has everything".
All of  us in someway or the other are concerned about our fitness. Being fit and healthy is not a difficult task at all.Believe me you just need to promise yourself to be disciplined.That sounds hard? Yes, it is....
Do not believe in anyone who says bodybuilding or being fit is easy.Any one who says that popping some fat busting pills or wrapping a fat burning belt around you waist will do the job for you is playing with your money and time.Fitness needs discipline and patience. But its not difficult. The first step is all that matters..Define your goals and get set for the road ahead to fitness.

Follow the diet and exercise routines and you are on your way for great health-
1. Set your goal- Set your goals..Be realistic..You can not lose/gain 10 lbs of weight in a week and even if you do that is not a healthy way of doing it..Go slow..
2. Follow the diet plan and exercise routines- Once you define the goal, follow the diet plan and exercise routines i have mentioned here and stick to it till your goal is achieved.I have put up the diet plans for vegetarians too so  the veggie guys here, you don't have any excuses :)..

Disclaimer-The diet plans and exercise routines i have put on here worked for me and are most likely to work for you too..But different people have different metabolism and genetic traits..Some people experience results fast and for some it may take long time and for some it might even not work..So if it does not work for you or you see very slow results change do not get discouraged. Patience and dedication is what you need in a bulk to attain your fitness goals.
